We are now accepting new stockists! Please contact us directly through the form here or at hello@cult-goods.com to discuss ordering and to receive the current season's line sheet. We prefer wholesale accounts but are open to discussing commission agreements if suitable for both parties.

All our products are handmade in the United States. We support other small/local businesses whenever possible and all our partners are also located in North America.

We use minimal packaging saving resources and costs that would normally be passed on to the customer. Our boxes and packing filler are all recyclable and biodegradable. Please recycle according to local ordinances.

All our ingredients are sustainably sourced, fair trade manufactured, and cruelty-free. We do not formulate with Phthalates, Parabens, Petroleum byproducts, Sulfates, Allergens, or any chemicals on the California Prop 65 ingredient list

Shipping times will vary but we usually ship within 3 business days for orders placed before 5pm. Some items are made to order and require more time. This will be clearly stated in the listing. Please read the listings carefully for this information as you will not be able to cancel an order after 24 hours due to longer shipping times. You will be provided a tracking number when your item ships and you can contact us directly with any questions at that point.

No changes can be made to an order 24 hours after it has shipped. If you made a mistake when ordering or wish to request a change of address please do so as soon as possible and we will address the situation as best we can.

Seasonal releases happen four times a year with two new fragrances each Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. Some fragrances will be repeated the following season (Spring 2023-Spring 2024) other times there will be new releases. Pre-orders will be available once a release date has been announced and items will ship on the date stated on the listing.
